It is the aim of LionHeart Domiciliary Care Services to provide a flexible care service, responsive to each individual’s needs. At one end of the scale an individual may require an hour’s assistance each week, whilst at the other end of the scale 24 hour care may be required. Between these two extremes are endless possibilities for the use of this bespoke service, tailor-made for each individual; which is why we use an Initial Assessment of Needs form to help determine this need.
